Fall 2024 Mentorship Program

The program offers first-year students from all faculties a four-session introduction to key financial concepts. Participants will learn how to distinguish good investments from good businesses, how to ramp on a stock, how to approach valuation, and how to analyze earnings.

Following the sessions, participants will engage in a networking week, providing an opportunity to connect with the club's executives, ask personalized questions, and build lasting relationships.

At the end of the program, participants will submit a small deliverable, and select individuals will be invited to interview for Junior Analyst roles on the club.

“Joining Trillium was one of my most formative experiences at Queen’s. Not only did the club give me access to capable upper years who taught me to think critically about businesses and investments, but I also made great friends, many of whom I’m still in contact with today. This especially proved helpful when I moved to New York and immediately had a network of friends and mentors across different top-notch institutions, including my first roommate. At a campus with multiple investment clubs, Trillium differentiates itself through its focus on rigorous investment analysis and tight-knit culture. For anyone on the fence about joining the club, I cannot recommend the experience enough.”
